Job Description
- To identify potential clients in China and help deliver opportunities to increase consultancy service business with them
- To build on existing relationships in customer organizations to develop an extensive network of key contacts
- To develop client relationships to ensure long term success
- To assess client requirements and develop best fit solutions
- To deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with major in Business background, MBA is preferred
Knowledge/Skills:
- Interpersonal skills to build successful client relationships
- Strong presentation and business negotiation skills
- Be able to work systematically and efficiently
- Fluent in Mandarin and good written/spoken English
- Willingness to learn & adapt industry know-how
Experience:
- At least 3 years of sales/BD experience in IT/internet domains
The following would be plus:
- Education / Experience in IT industry
- Advanced degree
- Experience working for international companies / Overseas experience
User Experience Researcher - Job Location: Shanghai

Job Description
- Participate in all kinds of usability studies such as usability testing, user study, expert review etc.
- Develop test protocol and moderate study sessions
- Collect and analyze raw data
- Write technical reports of the studies
- Communicate with vendor for the testing facility and participants recruiting issues
Requirements
Education:
- Graduate degree in psychology is preferred (human factors, cognitive, engineering or experimental) or a field related to human-computer interaction. We will also consider Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
Knowledge/Languages:
- Strong communication skills
- Good teamwork player
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Skill at moderating usability testing, in-depth interview and focus group is a plus
- Skill at visual design as a plus
Experience:
- More than 2 years work experience in user experience for Senior researcher
- Working experience in international corporate or consulting company is preferred
